Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Express International: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount — please check the checkout page for current thresholds.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. GuaCare is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GuaCare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@GuaCare.store.
